Can I return an item?
All items can be returned to us within 30 days in original condition and with the original tags attached. Kinetic Balance reserves the right to deny a return if item(s) are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive perfumes or scents on the fabric. Returns will be accepted only if they meet the conditions mentioned above and if a completed return form is included. You will be notified if your return does not qualify.
My item is defective
We apologize if your item arrived damaged or defective! Please let us know as soon as possible by sending us an email with a photo of the damaged item. Email it to info@kinetic-balance.com.
I returned my order, when will I get my refund?
You’ve returned an item and are awaiting a refund. Processing a return may take up to 10 business days. Even if the tracking link indicates that we’ve received your return, we may still need this time to process it. Once your return is processed, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment details we have on file as soon as possible.
Can I exchange an item?
The exchange of an item is not possible. We kindly ask you to return the order and place a new one.
I haven’t received the return form, what now?
Log in to your personal account. Click on ‘downloads’ to download your personal return form. Print the return form and add it to your return package.
